Förberedelse: Beurrez un plat et déposez-y une couche de lasagne. Puis disposez une couche de sauce bolognaise. Ajoutez une couche de sauce béchamel. Répétez l'opération jusqu'à épuisement des ingrédients, en terminant par la béchamel. Parsemez le tout de gruyère râpé. Enfournez dans un four préchauffé à 210°C pendant 20 minutes environ. Servez.
