Förberedelse: Inutile de saler. A la poêle : 200 g de poulet, + 100 g de légumes cuits, ajouter 2 cuillères à café rases diluées dans 100 ml d'eau puis 50 ml de crème. Pour une sauce : Cuire 250 g de pâtes, faire chauffer 2 minutes, mélanger 4 cuillères à café rases diluées dans 200 ml d'eau + 100 ml de crème. Astuce au four : utiliser le fond en gratin. Laisser réduire jusqu'à la consistance souhaitée.
